Stress is a normal part of everyday life.

Stress becomes a problem when we feel overwhelmed by it.

The best way to deal with stress is to PREVENT it from overwhelming us by making decisions, setting boundaries, asking for the help we need, taking care of our bodies and minds and learning to JUST RELAX!
