Craving Change Program

This program is for you if:

  • You are struggling with making and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes.
  • You have been on and off diets in the past.
  • You think, “I know what I should be doing, I’m just not doing it.”
  • You are able to commit to a 6-week group program.

What Craving Change has to offer:

  • The Craving Change Workshop can help you to reflect on why it is difficult to eat in a healthy way.
  • You will learn a variety of strategies that you can experiment with to positively change your eating behaviours over the long-term.
  • Evening and day workshops are available throughout the year.
